Approximately 4 miles from the venue (10–15 minutes by car)
DCA is the closest and most convenient airport.

IAD – Washington Dulles International Airport
Approximately 28 miles from the venue (35–45 minutes by car)

BWI – Baltimore/Washington International Airport
Approximately 35 miles from the venue (45–60 minutes by car)

Train

Union Station (Amtrak + regional rail)
Approximately 2 miles from the venue (8–12 minutes by car)

If you plan to drive, the venue offers on-site valet parking. There’s also nearby parking garages not associated with the hotel.

Dress Code: Black Tie Formal

We kindly ask all guests to join us in black tie formal attire. Floor-length gowns for women and tuxedos or suit + ties for men are required to match the tone of our ceremony and hotel reception.

Please avoid wearing white or light blue.

Only for family and friends who are traveling from out of town, join us at Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar for a relaxed welcome gathering full of light cocktails and appetizers as we kick off the wedding weekend.

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

Saturday, April 25, 2026 from 1:30pm-12am

Join us for a full day of celebration! Below is the schedule to help you plan your day:

Shuttle Transportation

Shuttles will run from Hotel Washington to Saint Mary Mother of God Catholic Church beginning at 12:30 PM.

We encourage guests to take the shuttle to ensure timely arrival and ease of travel. There is very limited street parking near the church.

Ceremony — 1:30 PM

Saint Mary Mother of God Catholic Church

The ceremony will begin promptly at 1:30 PM. Please plan to arrive or board the shuttle early enough to be seated before the ceremony starts.

Afternoon Break — 3:00–6:00 PM

After the ceremony, the couple and bridal party will be taking photos. During this time, guests are welcome to:

• Explore the surrounding downtown DC area

• Relax at the Hotel Washington lobby bar

• Freshen up before the evening festivities

This break is intentional and gives everyone time to enjoy the city or rest before the reception.

Cocktail Hour — 6:00 PM

Vue Rooftop | Hotel Washington

Cocktail hour will begin at 6:00 PM at the hotel’s rooftop restaurant, featuring a skyline view of Washington, DC.

Reception — 7:00 PM

Grand Ballroom | Hotel Washington

Guests will be guided from the rooftop to the Grand Ballroom for dinner, dancing, and an evening of celebration until midnight.
